A most excellent read. Simple and thought provoking. If you compare this book to Jordan Peterson’s, this book is written in layman language but with equal depth and elegance. Each chapter deals with one topic but I would suggest to skim through even topics which you have mastered. As for me, I like the discussion on state of mind the most. Practical and illuminating.
