Practical, easy, perspective on managing emotions I’m not really big on emotions. I typically try to just suppress or ignore them and focus on moving forward. It will take a while to change, and I’ll probably refer to this handbook frequently, but I now have a different view of emotions and how to deal with them more effectively.
