I am in love with this book! I am a mental health expert and I specialize in art therapy, but I found that reading this book helped me to learn even more about this beautiful healing practice. I appreciate the variety of different activities in different mediums, as well as the fact that there is a Facebook group specifically for this book to meet others and practice art therapy. Amazing resource filled with great projects and exercises! I read this on kindle unlimited but I will definitely be buying a physical copy for my craft room.
